Empowered Training holds its services with high standards and we believe that not all exercises and movements are made to be executed by everyone. Exercise is not a "one size fits all". We offer a variety of training services, each with a complementary session(s). Opening a friendly, honest, and confidential environment.
Your wellness coach will first examine your health history, talk about your goals, nutrition, and understand your limitations. Based on initial consultation, your fitness level, needs and goals, your wellness coach will provide you with the appropriate service.
Our objective is to push you and direct you in the right direction to your personalized goals. You will learn more about yourself and finish each session with a smile and sense of accomplishment.
Empowered Training offers you and a partner a 1:60 minute complimentary session. The session will take you both through a full body workout consisting of multiple movement patterns. The objective is to understand and respect each clients goal and create two personalized exercise programs. Each session, both individuals will execute the program given to them on their own, while still being supervised, corrected and form being monitored the entire time by your personal trainer. This service is for those individuals that have a basic understanding of exercise, do not require the full one-on-one attention but still seek the accountability, supervision, and push of a personal trainer.
Empowered Training offers 1: 60 minute complimentary session. Consisting of a one-on-one full body, intensity sensitive workout with various exercises and movements, to help us better understand any limitations and fitness level. Giving us the proper information to create your personalized fitness program. The objective is to start you on a personalized exercise program where we monitor your strength, weaknesses and track all results after each session. Thus ensuring each session you will be pushed to be better than the week before.
Small Group Training
Empowered Small Group Training offers 2 complementary session. Each session is a 45 minute, full body, intensity sensitive workout. All small group sessions are shared with 6-12 individuals seeking the same goal of losing weight and burning fat. Every client works at their pace and is monitored closely by a wellness coach. The objective is to make each session bring you closer to reaching your fitness goal with appropriate progressions, regressions, and being mindful of your limitations. With us, you are not another "head count", you are part of a small family that shares positive energy, support and laughter.
